- Restriction: No unofficial show merchandise or light sticks are allowed.
- Restriction: No outside food or beverages are allowed.
- Restriction: No pets allowed.
- Tickets are valid only for the date(s) and time(s) specified.
- Please present your ticket(s) to enter the venue. Each ticket admits one (1) individual only.
- No admission for child aged 7 years old and below.
- Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
- Tickets are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Ticket is subject to booking fee and transaction fee.
- Once your transaction is completed and confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
- The organizer or ticketing agent shall not be liable or responsible for any lost or stolen ticket.
- The resale of tickets at the same or higher value than the initial purchase price is prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been purchased from www.etix.my.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny admission and cancel any tickets that breach the venue or ticketing T&C without any refund.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- Photography with smartphones ( camera equipment is not allowed) is permitted inside the venue, but live streaming on various social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, etc) is prohibited. Furthermore, please refrain from using flash as it is not allowed due to production requirements.
- No weapon, sharp object, explosive, toxic, flammable, narcotic, or other item that may cause a potential safety hazard or disturbance to the event is allowed.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed.
- No noisemakers, balloons, large signs (bigger than A3 size: 42cm x 29.7cm), large bags (bigger than 35cm x 20cm), selfie sticks, long umbrellas, laser pointers, or other items that would cause interference or disturbance to another individual or the event are allowed.
- No unofficial show merchandise or light sticks are allowed.
- The organizer reserves the right to carry out body and bag checks for security purposes upon entering the venue.
- The organizer reserves the right to revise the event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.
- If an Event is being cancelled or postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all user. However, it is the responsibility of the user to keep themselves updated with the event information. The organizer and ticketing agent would not be held liable for any expenses you may incur in respect travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of an Event.
