- Tickets do not include a mandatory refundable deposit of IDR 10,000 per person (to be paid at the counter upon redemption). Card returns, remaining top-up balances, and deposit refunds can only be processed on the same day during the park’s operational hours
- Tickets are valid for single entry and only on the selected date.
- Tickets are required for visitors with a height of 80 cm and above.
- Tickets are valid for domestic tourists (holders of an Indonesian ID card/KTP or KITAS).
- International tourists without a KITAS must purchase an Overseas Ticket. Failure to show a valid KITAS will result in an additional charge at the location.
