1. Customers should arrive at the theatre at least 15 minutes before the show starts.
2. Children aged 12 or below must be accompanied by at least one adult. Children under 6 years old are not recommended to watch the show.
3. Only legal holders of valid admission ticket are allowed to enter the relevant venue/ activity. One ticket per person, regardless of age.
Children are exempt from the ticket requirement if they present valid identification.

4. The guest is solely responsible for the transportation to and from the venue.
In the event of cancellation, guests are not allowed to refund or redeem ticket.
5. To avoid any delays, we recommend that you arrive at the venue to collect admission ticket at least 1 hour before the show.

4. The use of cameras, audio and video recorders is not permitted within the venue unless prior authorization is obtained from the management (where applicable).
The use of equipment to record or transmit (by digital or other means) any audio, video or audio-visual material in any venue is strictly prohibited
or any information or data.
5. Unauthorized recording devices, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated, destroyed or deleted.
6. The following items are not allowed into the theatre:
• Outside Food and beverages
• Glass bottles, cans and alcoholic beverages (unless purchased at the theatre)
• Any form of professional photography or video equipment (including cameras, Polaroid cameras, laptops, tablets, drones,
