- This trip requires a lot of physical activity. Please make sure your body condition remains fit.
- All participants must comply with the rules that apply at the destination and follow the guide rules. All participants are prohibited from bringing illegal drugs, narcotics, firearms, or objects that can harm themselves and others according to the laws in force in Indonesia.
- While at the trip location, participants must help each other and maintain cohesiveness.
- Littering and doing actions that can cause damage to nature are strictly forbidden.
- It is strictly prohibited to carry out actions that can damage trip facilities and documentation tools.
- Participants who have a history of diseases such as asthma, hypertension, heart disease, acute gastritis, diabetes, epilepsy, sinusitis, etc., are advised to consult a doctor and are required to bring personal medicines.
- Bring enough change of clothes.
- Participants must bring trekking shoes or trekking sandals.
- Participants are advised to bring a water-resistant daypack bag.
- Sumba is quite hot so it is advisable to bring a hat, sunglasses and sunblock.
- A pretty good provider in Sumba is Telkomsel.
- Participants are advised to bring a powerbank.
- Participants must bring a hard disk (don't flash because the transfer rate is long and the large file size) to copy documentation files, usually over 32GB. File copies are made on the 3rd day of the trip.
