Learning is better when it’s fun. KidZania is a 7000m2 scaled replica of a real city that combines entertainment and education, with over 70 real-life activities for children aged 4-16. They’ll discover all about different jobs through exciting role-play, and develop decision-making, teamwork, creativity and social skills in ways that can’t be taught in a classroom.
- Education – Kids prep for higher education and earn more kidZos in related careers.
- Entertainment – Live shows daily at the Metropolitan Theatre.
- Food & Beverage – Hands-on cooking at McDonald’s, Pizza Express, and more.
- Health – Learn hospital roles, from surgery to newborn care.
- Industry – Explore chocolate making, dairy processing, and bottling plants.
- Collect your ticket at At the Top main counter (LG level, Dubai Mall) before entering any Emaar attraction.
- Present both the printed ticket and booking confirmation at the entrance.
- KidZania is for ages 2–16.
- Children under 120cm must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Adults are restricted in activity areas but can wait in the Parent’s Lounge.
KidZania Admission Policy
- KidZania is designed for children aged between 2 to 16 years old.
- Children below 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
- Adults are restricted from entering certain areas where activities take place. However, a parent's lounge is available for relaxation while children participate in activities.

- Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the date specified on the booking.
- Visitors must adhere to all attraction-specific rules and guidelines.
