Enjoy a delicious local food lunch before visiting the bird nest factory, where you’ll learn about this prized delicacy. Continue the journey with a stop at a Kueh Lapis shop to taste Batam’s famous layered cake. The tour then proceeds to Golden City, home to a coffee factory and golden handicraft factory, offering unique souvenirs and insights into local craftsmanship.

For a relaxing end to the day, opt for a massage or explore a shopping mall before returning to the ferry terminal.

Booking & Reservation

• Booking is strictly via email only. No last-minute bookings are allowed.
• Ferry seats and accommodation are subject to availability.
• Guests can either print out the confirmation or show it on their phone (physical printout not required).
• A valid passport with at least 6 months validity is required for booking.
• Reservations must be made with THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE LTD at least:
• 72 hours (3 days) before arrival during weekends, peak periods, and Singapore public holidays.
• 48 hours (2 days) before arrival during normal seasons.

Amendments & Cancellations

• Any amendments to travel packages are subject to approval by THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE LTD. If approved, an administration fee of S$5 per person will be charged.
• Cancellations must be made in writing or in person to avoid misunderstandings. Approval is required from THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE LTD, and cancellation charges apply as follows:
• 30 days or more prior to departure: 5% of the travel fare.
• 14 – 29 days prior to departure: 15% of the travel fare.
• 7 – 13 days prior to departure: 25% of the travel fare.
• Less than 6 days before departure: No cancellation allowed (Contact us, and we will try our best to assist).
• No refunds or cancellations are allowed for travel packages booked during public holidays or peak periods.
• No refunds or exchanges will be provided for unused accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, or any other included services. However, the package is transferable to another person.
• No refunds or cancellations for missed ferry or no-shows.

Travel Policy & Responsibility

• The company is not responsible for any missed ferry due to personal delays, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
• Guests must comply with local laws, immigration requirements, and tour schedules.
• The company reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, government regulations, or other operational reasons.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended for additional protection.
