• Capacity: The maximum capacity in a car is 4 persons.
• Pickup Locations: Pickup is from city hotels only. If a private car is booked, we can arrange pickup from the guest's residence, but clear location details are needed.
• Quad Bike: Quad bikes are available as an add-on to this booking or separately at the camp.
• Pregnant Women: Pregnant women cannot participate in the shared car option. However, for a private safari, they can skip the dune bashing and proceed straight to the camp. If you prefer a private car, please book for 4 persons.
• Changes in Pickup Time: If there are any changes to the pickup times, we will contact you by email or, as a last resort, through the hotel you are staying in.
• Sickness and Rescheduling: In case of sickness, please contact us 24 hours before the service date to reschedule your safari.
• Child Seats: Child seats for infants are available upon request. Please mention this at the time of booking. The child rate is applicable.

• Safety Note: Any damage, injuries, or lost items during sandboarding or optional quad biking activities are not covered by insurance and are the participant’s responsibility.
• Transportation: Transportation in the Land Cruiser is on a shared basis with 6 people per car, or subject to change as per UAE law.
