- All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above.
- Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult or child).
- Experience includes 10 minutes of preparation time and 20 minutes in the water.
- Lifejackets are provided and necessary for your experience
- Wetsuits and neoprene vests are provided and optional for your experience
- The maximum number per time is 6 participants
- Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you

- During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety.
Age & Participation:
- This experience is for ages 12 and above and is suitable for all swimming abilities.
- Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult (18+).
- Experience Details:

Life jackets are provided and must be worn.
- Wetsuits and neoprene vests are available but optional.
- A maximum of 6 participants per session.
Check-in & Timing:
- Arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before your scheduled start time.
- Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be considered a “no-show” and will not be refunded.
- The scheduled time is for check-in, not the experience itself.
Ticketing & Entry:
- Voucher redemption is only valid on the selected date; rescheduling is not allowed.
- A valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the booking name is required for entry.
- Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if an incorrect ticket type (adult/child) is selected.
Park Access & Hours:
- Includes same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark.
- Aquaventure closes at 5:30 PM—plan your visit accordingly.
- During peak seasons (e.g., school holidays), ride queues may be long. AquaXpress (fast track) may be available for purchase at the entrance or guest services.
Safety & Restrictions:
- Pregnant guests should consult a physician before booking.
- Cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, or loose items are not allowed in the water for the safety of the dolphins.
- Photos are not included but can be purchased at the Photo Counter.
Weather Policy:
- In case of severe weather, the attraction may close temporarily for safety reasons. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
