- It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.

- The minimum age authorized in the immersive virtual reality expedition is 8 years old and the minimum size required is 1.30m (4.2ft).
- Children aged 8 to 11 must be accompanied to take part in the experience.
- We recommend dressing comfortably and wearing suitable shoes. Because you will be wearing a VR headset, please refrain from wearing hats or caps.
- Virtual reality provides a reliable and enjoyable experience, but it may be uncomfortable for some individuals. It's not recommended for those with claustrophobia and/or vertigo.
