Sunrise Dong Stick On The Beach
Dong Sticks is a joyful body-mind practice developed by a elderly master that wanted to remain supple until old age. The sixteen mindful motions supported by a bamboo cane promote agility, joint strength and flexibility, reduced stress and increased mental clarity and stability.
We start with a slow relaxing walk through the riverside listening to nature waking up with the rising sun while also soaking up the morning sun which is a great source of vitamin D. In an open space, we begin with breathing exercises to relax the muscles and mind. Your instructor will guide you through the sixteen motions, assisted with a bamboo stick to help stretch, strengthen and increase flexibility.

This 50-minutes session is conducted on Saturday & Sunday , is a great way to start your morning at Desaru. Booking a day in advance is preferred. Join us on the beach for a healthy start as we greet the morning sun.
