Check-in at Holt Street Wharf is open at least 1 hour prior to the departure time Flash photography is prohibited while dolphin feeding. Please do not wear insect repellents, perfumes, deodorants or sunscreens into the water. Travellers with a cold, flu or respiratory illness are not permitted to join. Wear something you do not mind getting wet and remove any sharp or large hand jewelry. Waterproof waders can be hired from The Eco Centre. Head from Brisbane to Tangalooma and take a journey to the Tangalooma Desert as part of this thrilling and bumping 4WD bus tour where getting there is half the fun! As Tangalooma Island Resort buses have exclusive drive-on access to the desert, guests will receive a unique look into the heart of Moreton Island and then participate in the exhilarating sport of Moreton Island sand tobogganing, reaching speeds of up to 40km per hour!

Upgrade the tour with wild dolphin feeding! Tangalooma is one of the few destinations in the world where visitors can interact with native wildlife in their natural environment. Only guests who have booked official day trips will be able to participate in the nightly dolphin feeding program.

• Get the shuttle bus to Holt Street Wharf
  • Pick-up location: Selected Brisbane hotel
  • Pick-up time: 10:00 am
• Depart from Holt Street Wharf (75 minutes on the boat)
• Return from Tangalooma Island Resort at 4:00 pm for the standard day cruise / 7:00-8:00 pm for the upgrade package (75 minutes on the boat)
• Get the shuttle bus from Holt Street Wharf back to the pick-up location
