- Ticket is valid on the selected date only.

- Child age under 4 years old able to sit on ATV with their parents but not be able to join the zip line
- Child age 4-14 years old not allow to ride on ATV. They can be able to be as a passenger only
- Zip line condition: Allow for person who age over 4 years old only or minimum weight 20 Kg. and Maximum weight 120 Kg.
- Adult mean person age over 15 years old.
- Free cancellation if cancel at least 1 day before the service date by send email to customer.service@globaltix.com, Less than 1 day full charge 100% and No-Show Charge 100%.
